My experience at Moss Bros. Toyota Scion was easy and comfortable. We contacted Moss Bros. looking for a brand new FR-S in a specific color and transmission. The combination seemed impossible to find, but the kind people at Moss Bros. kept up their search for us and kept in contact with us until the car could be located. Once the car was obtained, the purchase process was fast. They gave us the best financing that we could find and moved us through paperwork quickly. We were treated kindly by everyone we worked with. They really went above and beyond what we expected.We could not have had a better experience.

My experience at Moss Bros. Toyota Scion was, simply put, amazing. From the moment I met Javier and took the Scion tC out for a test drive I felt at ease and not nervous about the purchase of a new car. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and did not pressure me into anything, allowing me two test drives and offering a third. We were then introduced to Rudy, the sales manager who explained all of the benefits that came with purchasing a Scion tC from Moss Bros. The customer service didn't stop there: we met Marlene in financing, who explained to this first-time buyer the process I was going to go through being a new car owner! I am so pleased with my purchase and happy to know that your sales people are just that: PEOPLE! I have been to other dealerships where I felt they were just out for the sale, and I never once felt like that at your dealership. I have since called to schedule my LoJack installation and was even more surprised at the courtesy of those on the phone! I am ecstatic that I chose to go here and will recommend Moss Bros. Dear Mr. Moss, Your Toyota dealership was not the first Toyota dealership we went to. San Bernardino was the first (the 2nd guy who tryed to close the deal was a take it or leave it type guy so we walked) so I suppose Toyota of San Bernardino has a booming businesses with so much money coming hand over fist they didn't need our business. I say that with complete sarcasm). Ontario was the second. I found them on the internet and the fleet mgr sent me an email to contact one of the following salespeople listed, which I did. My husband went down and talked with the guy and 24 hours later we were still waiting to hear if they could find the Scion xD in black. The sales guy was supposed to get back with my husband, but I called 3 times and finally got a text after I left a nasty email. I found you all I think thru AAA if I remember correctly or maybe the Scion website. I called, and I talked to Sam Batniji from your fleet department in Moreno Valley. Wow!!! He hustled to get the car in the color my husband wanted. I was in a hurry to get the car because my child had a ceremony that evening at his school so I was calling Sam all day and he took my call each time, and was courteous and assuring that car was coming. I am not an easy customer, I'll be the first to admit that; and $17000.00 is the bottom of the barrel pricing now for a car, but I was treated as if I was spending a million dollars. My husband and I did retail for a lot of years, and expect a certain kind of customer service having been in the industry for so long. I am quick to complain and walk on a sale because of a bad attitude or someone who couldn't care less about getting my money. I was a District Manager for 10 years, so I know how the sales game works. The upselling to make quotoas, bonuses plus it makes corporate happy but our guy knew where we stood on price and wasn't pushy at all, just offered a few things and answered all our questions, but he was hustling without us feeling rushed. He just showed a sense of urgency which I loved. I hate when salespeople come off arrogant and non chalant and pushy. Our salesperson was OUTSTANDING, everyone couldn't have been nicer. Financing was easy, and the lady we dealt with there was wonderful and knowledgeable, and got us in and out. Thanks for a great experience, Tom and Marla from Colton CA

My experience at Moss Bros. Toyota... The dealership had the vehicle were were looking for when no one else in the area did. Upon my arrival to the dealership I was warmly greeted, escorted to the vehicle I had inquired about, given a test drive, and provide with all available information about my selected vehicle. Every step of the sales process was quick, very professional and I was treated with the utmost respect. From the first greeting to being handed the keys, everyone involved was top notch. The next afternoon, I was called by the sales staff (twice) to see if I had any general questions and asked how I was treated during the sale. The next call was by the man who sold me the vehicle inquiring if I had any concerns about the vehicle and if I had any questions regarding it's operation. Wow! I will recommend Moss to anyone I know who is planning to buy or lease a new or used vehicle. Thanks!!

I just want to say that I am a Customer Service Manager myself, and the level of customer service I received at Moss Bros. in Moreno Valley was wonderful.They went above and beyond what I consider to be great customer service, and I have the #1 customer service team in the nation at my company. Everyone that we came in contact with was not only friendly and personable, but very professional. They made us feel very comfortable. I took my time in deciding. They were willing and able to show me just about every car in the lot... We will definitly be back next year to purchase another vehicle (the Tundra)... I have been telling all of myfamily, friends and co workers and so has my husband, that if they are going to purchase a car , they need to go to Moss Bros in Moreno Valley. Thank you for the wonderful experience. It's nice to know that there are still some great companies out there that still believe in servicing the customer... Thanks again!

My experience at Moss Bros. with Eduardo Duque was the best you can get. This guy did not push me or hassle like others for a car that I did not want. He told me what we can afford, and he also looked around for cars in the other dealers that they owned, so if you want a no hassle guy, he is the one to go to. 5 Stars for ED. Thanks.

My experience at Moss Bros. was great. Low pressure, great service and low rates =). We were able to purchase our car of choice (Scion XB) very easily despite the limited inventory due to the disaster in Japan. We have been looking for a while and Javier, the sales associate, was always very responsive and accommodating.
